Chad Marsh was born and raised in the great state of Michigan but began his real estate journey in Ohio in 2006, where his passion for the business quickly took root. Before working with clients, Chad earned his engineering degree from Tri-State University (now Trine University) in Angola, Indiana. That foundation, paired with years of hands-on experience, helped him and his wife Angie pursue their shared dream of opening their own brokerage — Southern Marsh Realty, proudly serving both Michigan and Indiana from their office in Quincy.

Chad and Angie live in Branch County with their two children, Reese and Harrison. Known for his strong work ethic and laser-sharp focus, Chad thrives when helping buyers and sellers navigate their next move. As a South West Michigan Native, I am a real estate agent who works with home buyers and sellers. After working sales for 4 years in different businesses, and personally going through the process of selling and buying my own home my passion for real estate began. My enthusiasm for helping others and my open communication helps me connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible. When I’m not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time and vacationing with my family (husband of 12 years, 11 year old son and twin 7 year old daughters), volunteering for local organizations and supporting families with premature babies in the NICU. Krista graduated from Litchfield, MI. She resides in Quincy with her husband Kevin. She has 5 sons, Nathan, Devin, Brock, Kale & Kye. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves volunteering through her church at Pine Ridge. Krista has had over 30 years of customer service experience. She is energetic, happy to help people as she is a great listener. She will focus on the needs and wants of the buyers and sellers alike!

After serving the Coldwater Community School families for the past 9 years with 8 of those years being the Coldwater Schools Superintendent, I am excited to continue serving our community as a new Realtor with Southern Marsh Realty. I was born and raised in Coldwater and have spent the majority of my life in this area. I have always had a love and passion for working for and with our community. Prior to my twenty nine years in Education, I served as the Coldwater Township Treasurer for 9 years and 4 years as a Branch County Commissioner.

My desire to continue to be of service to our community and my love of helping others has brought me to my new adventure in Real Estate. I am eager to help you find the perfect house that will become your perfect home.

When not listing and selling real estate, I live with my husband, Jim and our Golden Doodle, Brodie. We have 10 grandchildren living in Branch County so you will find us watching them play basketball, football, baseball, cross country, gymnastics and cheerleading. They keep us busy watching all of their activities. We also have two grandsons who live in Tennessee that are avid hockey players. We love vacationing with our families and grandchildren especially at the beach and Gulf Shores, Alabama. I have a knack for envisioning what something could look like and love doing interior design.
